We collect as little data as we can. Below we explain what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

2. What we collect

  • E-mail address and device type when you request a free trial.
  • Order details and message content when you order or write to us by WhatsApp or e-mail.
  • Technical data your browser sends to the hosting provider, for example your IP address.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Arranging your trial and answering your request: your consent.
  • Processing orders and providing the service: performing a contract.
  • Website security and preventing abuse: our legitimate interest.
  • Legal obligations, for example accounting.

4. Recipients

We use providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting, e-mail delivery, messaging (for example WhatsApp) and payment providers (for example PayPal). Some are outside the EU and rely on approved safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and as the law requires. You can ask us to delete a trial request at any time.

6. Your rights

  • Access, correct or delete your data.
  • Restrict processing or object.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Complain to your data protection authority; in Poland, the President of the UODO.

7. Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. The website stores one small preference in your browser, for example that you dismissed the language suggestion. If we add analytics we will ask for consent first.
