Refund and cancellation policy

If we have not yet sent your login details, or you have not used them, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

If within 7 days of activation the service does not work on your device and our support cannot fix it, we refund the price of your plan.

After that, refunds apply only where the law requires them.

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services this right ends once the service has started at your express request and you have acknowledged that you lose it.

• Write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp with your order details.
• We reply promptly and tell you what we can do.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
